Insurance and Direct Billing
 

At EyeSpy Optometry, we do direct bill to the majority of insurance providers, even some not listed below. If you aren’t sure if we can direct bill, give our office a call and let us know which carrier you are with. We are currently unable to direct bill to Empire Life.

We often get asked, “how much does my insurance plan cover?” Since each insurance plan is different, we aren't able to say for sure without your plan information. We can check most insurance companies online for you and see what sort of coverage you may have, but it is not a guarantee that we can access this beforehand. We advise you to contact your insurance company yourself ahead of time to know what your coverage limits are.
